JOB TITLE:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with real estate focus
independent contractor casual staffing
Up to 5 to 10 hrs/week casual staffing
Real Estate Executive Assistant, Database Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator. This team has been in business for over 25 years helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.
With success built on a foundation of trust, exceptional client service and market expertise, our company is expanding and is looking for a multi-talented team player with a zest for detail and a passion for excellence and organization.
What you will be doing
:
Administrative support to team leader/ sales agent
Manage/direct incoming calls from clients and potential clients Administration (pre to post-closing) of all new listings and buyer sales
Outgoing calls for showing feedback, client updates, details needed Market research and property evaluation prep
Marketing packages and pre-appointment documentation Feature sheets, website updates, ad submissions
Social media postings (social media knowledge/fb and Instagram is a must) Client and community event coordination and marketing
Office organization and reporting General administrative functions, errands and deliveries as needed What we are looking for
:Real estate license or experience (not necessary but definitely an asset) Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail Self-starter
Mid to advanced level Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel skills, and social media platforms.
MOST work will be done remotely - with some home office file organization during the training period.
