Job summary
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting initiatives that improve care for older adults across care settings. This position provides program project and administrative coordination for the Seniors Across Care Settings team and works closely with physicians health system partners and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to seniors strategy and long-term care programs and initiatives
- Collect organize track and support analysis of program project data
- Support committees working groups by coordinating meetings preparing materials taking accurate meeting minutes etc.
