ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Junior Campaign Strategist, Hive Labs, you will play a key support role within the group responsible for ZoomerMedia's digital advertising campaign recommendations.
You will work collaboratively with our internal Sales, AdOps, and Creative Services departments, as well as our digital destinations, to help create strategic and innovative media campaigns for blogTO, Daily Hive, and other ZoomerMedia publications.
You will track all the important details and write proposals that make clients want to work with us.
We are looking for someone who is excited to start their career in media by discovering what a brand is trying to do and learning which ZoomerMedia products, in what combination, can meet those needs.

Lastly you're constantly curious, whether it's about the power of branded content, the latest social media trends, or what the competition is doing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist the Campaign Strategy team in compiling data, creating clientfacing documents, and tracking branded campaign performance
- Participate and take notes in brainstorm/ideation sessions that respond to client requests for proposal
- Collaborate with the campaign strategy team to write concise, effective responses to client RFPs that demonstrate how our recommendations will meet our clients' business needs
- Provide pricing summaries for RFP responses
- Record and assess the metrics of our branded content, determining average performance and product benchmarks
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including product overviews, case studies, industry spotlight decks, and proactive proposals that Sales can take to market
- Offer administrative support for the Hive Labs team as required
- Keep client experience top of mind, balancing professionalism and a sense of urgency with enthusiasm and reassurance to provide unparalleled client service
IDEAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Meta for Business
- Comscore and Google Analytics
- Salesforce
- Familiarity with Wrike, Airtable (or similar project management programs)
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Entry level to 1 year experience in any of project management, media planning/buying, media sales, public relations, production, or social media management. Media or advertising agency experience, including internships, is an asset.
- An understanding of branded and sponsored content, social media platforms, paid and organic traffic, and digital analytics (Comscore, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, social insights)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate personably and professionally with clients and coworkers
- A flair for concise storytelling that uses creativity and data to produce compelling sales materials
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to assembling spreadsheets
- Effective time management, multitasking, problemsolving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within extremely tight deadlines, while having fun and maintaining a good sense of humour, professionalism, and tact
