As the Client Solutions Manager on the Auto Team, you will be working directly with clients in
Delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. Whether that means guiding
clients through their policy renewal cycle, handling policy changes, or resolving billing issues, you will
get the opportunity to work through it all
The Client Solutions Manager also serves as a back up to our reception area. You will be the first point of
Contact for our clients, greeting and directing them to the appropriate departments.
This position is based out of Gallagher's Winnipeg head office which is located at 100 Scurfield Blvd.
Responsibilities:
How You Will Affect the Business
- Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention and
- Review accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps in placing coverage required by the client,
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working
- Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and
- Answering phones and directing calls, receiving and sending mail/couriers, directing incoming
office supplies.

Qualifications:
- FOI / IWS Certified considered an asset.
- Level 1 License an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designations considered an asset.
- Personal Lines Broker experience an asset.
- Prior client facing experience ideally in financial services.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
- If unlicensed, successful completion of Level 1 Insurance License within 3 months of start date must be obtained.
