SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

• Qualify leads: Evaluate the relevance of prospects according to defined criteria, qualify their interest and their level of qualification.
• Collaboration with sales and marketing team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition to the sales process.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of prospecting activities and results, using sales tracking tools and reports.
• Prospect education: Provide relevant information on our products/services and educate prospects on the added value of our solutions, in particular through content created by the sales and marketing team.
• Market: Stay uptodate on market trends, competition, and industry developments

What you should have

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service ideally in the industrial sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Speaking French an asset
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
