What can I expect to do in this role?: You will:

  • perform complex financial transactions and analysis, reconcile large sets of data on an ongoing basis and coordinate the deposit and disbursement of funds into and out of a trust fund in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures
- provide technical advice to senior management and excellent client service to stakeholders on financial matters, ensuring all financial control requirements are met
- contribute to a harmonious office environment leveraging your interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy


How do I qualify?:


Financial Accounting Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and control practices, policies, guidelines, processes and procedures
  • You have the ability to review, analyze and comprehend complex financial information, perform quality assurance and prepare formal financial reports
  • You have expert proficiency in using computerized financial information systems, financial recording, reporting and control processes

Communication, Client Service and Interpersonal Skills:

  • You have oral and written communication skills to clarify and explain technical procedures and policies to internal and external stakeholders
  • You can use your well developed interpersonal skills to provide excellent client service, respond to requests with tact, discretion and diplomacy, and maintain harmonious office relationships

Organizational, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:


  • You have proven analytical skills to perform financial analysis and conduct quality assurance reviews
  • You demonstrate attention to detail, organizational and problemsolving skills when working under pressure with competing demands to meet established deadlines
