- Handle all client meetings in the office. Order catering
- Create client files
- File office and court documents
- Back up for preparing submissions
- Create invoices and pay office bills
- Order office supplies and liaise with couriers
- Knowledge of Litigation and/or Real Estate;
- Knowledge of LEAP is an asset (open and update files in LEAP).

This firm is eager to find a friendly and client service focused Receptionist who can manage the front office and provide administrative and legal support to the Senior Partner and his team.
Responsibilities
3 years experience within a front desk or administrative role ideally in a business or legal office setting
