to join their team immediately on a permanent full-time basis.

With over 15 years of experience in the renewable industry, you will be joining a team of industry experts to provide turnkey integrated monitoring and control solutions to wind, solar, oil and gas, and power delivery systems.

This is a hybrid position working out of their office in Richmond Hill.

Role and Responsibilities:

and Control engineering design, deployment, and commissioning on renewable energy power SCADA team lead on wind, battery, solar and PV + Storage power systems during the design, development, implementation, and commissioning phases of projects.project site TELCO installation (if required), scheduling and manage schedules and owner's expectation.problems until site requirements are met.

SCADA engineer on programing substation RTAC units, and communication hardware using standard SCADA protocols.closely with the team to warranty a quality system is installed and tested to design SCADA systems have been installed per project requirements and tested to meet QSE, CAISO, Utility, and regional reliability council requirements.

Qualifications:

degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science Engineeringyears of proven utility or industrial (water / wastewater, chemical, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, processing) SCADA experience, preferably within renewable energy industry and SCADA software programming, SCADA historians, MS SQL serverswith automation device integrationwith FAT and SAT testing and documentationexperience with power and control systems, data acquisition and telecommunications a plus.experience in testing/commissioning and/or telecommunications is a pluswith Inductive Automation Ignition 7.

x software is a pluswith communication protocols:
Modbus, TCP, OPC, DNP3, SELFast, IEC 61850, ICCP is a pluswith automation control systems: RTAC programming, Rockwell PLC and Control Logix programming is a pluswith complete SCADA system project life cycles is a pluswith Power Utility scale SCADA system development and design is a plusknowledge of Utility Meters, Substation RTAC, Protection Relays is a plusof Managed switches, Hirschman's, MOXA, is a plusof Power Plant Networking, Security and Firewalls is a plus
