ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES ADMINISTRATOR



PLASP Child Care Services is a charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, providing high quality early learning and child care, for children up to 12 years of age.


PLASP operates programs in more than 240 schools providing before and after school care.


PLASP also operates 30 full-day Early Learning And Child Care Centres and six EarlyON locations for children from 0 - 6 years.

THE POSITION INVOLVES

  • Provide timely, accurate and complete financial information and reports
  • Ensure accuracy of accounts receivable subledgers
  • Prepare and make bank deposits for multiple accounts
  • Prepare schedules and reports for monthly reporting and yearend audits.
  • Back up to Accounts Receivable Supervisor

THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Postsecondary education ideally with accounting focus
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft CRM and NAV software
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Selfmotivated, flexible and able to accept increased responsibility
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Excellent team player
