Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents while promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Job Description:

• Assess the needs of our residents and develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.


• Liaise with physicians, community agency representatives, families, visitors, volunteers, other disciplines and departments to ensure seamless resident-centered care delivery.


• Promote wound prevention strategies through education and guidance for staff members. Consult with RNs or designate for changes in treatment approaches when necessary.


• Carefully administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of your licensure as defined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).


• Maintain accurate records of resident health status updates. Notify family members/physicians about any significant condition changes promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A valid diploma from an accredited practical nursing program coupled with current licensure from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
