Primary Purpose of Position


The Technology Delivery Coordinator will be a blended role for reviewing Sinopec Canada's systems and process infrastructure and recommending options for improving process efficiency and overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects coordinating communications, vendors and specified deliverables.

The service delivery role is responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives.

Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.


The service delivery role is accountable for ensuring that all members know and execute his or her role within the terms of the active Statement of work or project charter.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the AIM process is used for all incoming projects.
  • Developing project plans.
  • Managing the project stakeholders, communication, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, project conflicts and project delivery.
  • Provide expertise in the delivery of enterprise integration solutions.
  • Participate in the delivery, project specification, technical design and quality assurance artifacts for project and operations initiatives.
  • Participate in quality assurance, change management, release management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with project, client and external stakeholders.
  • Participates in design reviews and unit testing.
  • Work with the business system owners to define requirements.
  • Work with distributed teams to coordinate file delivery, data mapping and access.
  • Flexibility to take on new tasks and department functional activities as required. Long term and short term.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Familiarity with process improvement of Business analysis methodologies
  • Strong project management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Experience in technology sourcing and contract administration
  • Experience in the Oil and gas industry is beneficial
