Job Description
The Implementation Lead will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with the integration and implementation of Softworks' products, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient transition from onboarding to full utilization. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for ensuring client success. They will be expected to bring a consultative approach to steer implementation projects and should have prior experience working within regulatory authorities.

You will:
Lead multiple implementation projects concurrently to ensure their timely delivery within project scope and high client satisfaction
Assess client requirements and create project plan to ensure implementation is completed on time, within budget and according to client expectations
Leverage strong business acumen to effectively convey clients needs internally, driving resources needed for successful implementation
Provide consistent reporting of project status to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns
Identify and address implementation road blocks or other constraints and provide solutions for an efficient implementation process
Respond to and resolve escalated client issues during and/or after implementation
Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Regulatory Authority
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Software Implementation project
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Strong Project Management skills and CRM tools experience
Proven self-starter and able to work independently with minimal guidance
