Description
DNA Data Networking is a Vancouver based contract manufacturer and distributor of custom wiring and Electro-Mechanical assemblies. In business for over 20 years, we are a family orientated company looking to expand our dynamic and growing team


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Experience in using inspection tools: Micrometers, calipers, tape measures, height gauges and testing equipment, Multimeter, Power Supplies, Hi-Pot testers and Oscilloscopes,
  • Understanding of IPC/WHMA-A620 standard (Completed Inhouse IPC 620 training)
  • Perform audit processes for compliance to procedures and ISO 9001 Standard,
  • Ensures Individual labor targets are met daily by communicating with the QC Team Lead to prioritize workload and enable the team to meet key delivery milestones
  • Must be able to interpret complex and critical drawing dimensioning, and to verify and validate Assembly Jigs.
  • Must be able to read and understand complex electrical schematics, & circuits with passive devices
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand failures identified in Final Inspection
  • Report all Quality Issues and Non-Conformances identified as per specified in the Final Inspection procedure.

Credentials & Experience:


  • Associate's degree in electrical or electronics technology,
  • Minimum three years' quality inspector or electrical/electronic experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work well within all levels of the organization
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary:
$18.50-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- electronics manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
