Job Opportunity:


We are looking for a Sales Manager to create an inspiring and supportive team environment by setting goals, fostering collaboration, managing resources and processes to execute strategic direction and corporate goals of the Ownership.

What you'll do:_

  • Strategic planning_
  • Develop and execute the company's business strategies attain the goals of Ownership through analysis of SQPD (Safety, Quality, Performance and Delivery)
  • Provide strategic advice to Ownership
  • Prepare and implement business plans to facilitate corporate goals and business direction
  • Support corporate growth and profitability
  • Support of Innovative Group of Companies as required
  • Monitor and identify industry trends and business opportunities
  • Forecast longterm resources to support Owner's vision
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of skills, processes, and technology; drive and implement Continuous Improvement and update Department policies and procedures as required
  • Implement strategies with Group Leaders/team members to mitigate process level risk
  • Champion 5s in all areas of department, lead by example, actively participate in 5s events
  • Conduct 5s audits to sustain improvements
  • Support the ongoing development and operation of new business units
  • Operations Management_
  • Tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Evaluate and plan overall resource levels to meet current and projected Sales and business activity levels
  • Ensure company ISO policies, procedures and legal guidelines are communicated to all members of the Department and followed at all times
  • Ensure company EUPs are accurate and updated by the Group Leaders/team members
  • Analyze problematic situations and recommend and implement solutions
  • Implement strategies for meeting or exceeding Innovative Automation quality objectives with Group Leaders/team members
  • Generate procedures for running department in different economic circumstances (current, crisis, etc.)
  • Occasional travel globally as required
  • Leadership and People Management_
  • Appoint competent Group Leaders
  • Work with all other department managers to achieve Ownerships vision
  • Actively participate in management planning discussions
  • Foster relationship with team members through informal daily interaction
  • Review potential hires with Group Leader in conjunction with Human Resources
  • Participate in the hiring process (interviewing, background check, job description development etc.) as required in conjunction with Human Resources
  • Conduct annual and semiannual reviews of direct reports
  • Create training plans for direct reports
  • In collaboration with Group Leaders, establish personalized and departmental training plans
  • Identify developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
  • Review and submit annual increases for all members of the Department to Ownership
  • Review annual and semiannual reviews from Group Leader and participate in reviews as required
  • Administer discipline to Team Members as required with Group Leader and Human Resources
  • Approve and monitor vacation requests of direct reports in a timely manner
  • Vacation approvals and scheduling as required
  • Communicate appointed delegate for Manager for vacatio
