GENERAL SUMMARY


The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all retail store functions that include selling of merchandise and directing store operations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Customer Service Driven - People First attitude (Customers and Co-workers)

Minimum of 2 years in a retail or sales environment in a LEADERSHIP role

Career Oriented

Self Starter

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.

Ability to operate a Point of Sale program

Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.

Standing required for up to 90% of the work time.

Ability to work unsupervised


Salary:
$15.80-$16.50 per hour
