- Organizing and assisting meetings, arranging travel and accommodations;
- Photocopy/prepare relevant material's and update binders;
- Answer/redirect all in-coming calls;
- Update work plan as activities are completed
- Receive/distribute in-coming/out-going correspondence;
- Clerical duties including: taking meeting minutes, faxing, filing and office management;
- Tracking supplies and maintenance of office equipment;
- Must have Grade 12 diploma;
- A Certificate in Office Administration;
- A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered;
- Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Research and computer skills;
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License;
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Driver's Abstract, Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening and COVID-19 Vaccination Passport.
