    Le Chef Architecte Logiciel sera responsable de bâtir une toute nouvelle application de A à Z afin de révolutionner une industrie spécifique.

    PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT


    • Concevoir l'architecture de la solution, mener à terme le déploiement interne, puis viser la commercialisation


    • Effectuer diverses rencontres dans l'entreprise afin d'analyser les idées et émettre des recommandations


    • Bâtir une équipe TI d'environ 5 à 10 personnes (recrutement, gestion, performance, etc.)


    • Diriger la planification, le développement et la livraison de la solution logicielle


    • Prendre diverses décisions techniques afin de maximiser l'évolution du produit


    • Favoriser la saine intégration et les API avec divers systèmes afin d'automatiser les processus


    • Travailler en étroite collaboration directement avec le Président et un Directeur d'Affaires


    • Être à l'affût des tendances de l'industrie et des technologies émergentes

    PROFIL


    • 10+ années d'expérience en TI, dont 7+ années en Développement Fullstack (axé plus sur le Back-End)


    • Bonne expérience professionnelle en architecture de solutions logicielles


    • Expertise en développement from scratch


    • Forte connaissance de GRAPH theory


    • Maîtrise des technologies émergentes (Go, Python, Angular, React, GraphQL, Node.JS, Scala, TypeScript, etc.)


    • Expérience avec une application ayant de la géolocalisation et/ou en logistique


    • Expérience en gestion d'équipe (fort atout) et capacité à encadrer/guider une équipe


    • Aisance en méthodologie Agile, bonne capacité d'adaptation et de gestion des priorités


    • Fortes habiletés de communication, leadership et aptitude en mobilisation d'équipe


    • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent


    • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

    The Chief Software Architect will be responsible for building a brand new application from A to Z to revolutionize a specific industry.

    MORE PRECISELY


    • Design the architecture of the solution, complete the internal deployment, then aim for commercialization


    • Hold various meetings within the company to analyze ideas and make recommendations


    • Build an IT team of around 5 to 10 people (recruitment, management, performance, etc.)


    • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the software solution


    • Make various technical decisions to maximize the evolution of the product


    • Promote sound integration and APIs with various systems to automate processes


    • Work in close collaboration directly with the President and a Business Director


    • Be on the lookout for industry trends and emerging technologies

    PROFILE


    • 10+ years of experience in IT, including 7+ years in Fullstack Development (focused more on Back-End)


    • Good professional experience in software solutions architecture


    • Expertise in development from scratch


    • Strong knowledge of GRAPH theory


    • Mastery of emerging technologies (Go, Python, Angular, React, GraphQL, Node.JS, Scala, TypeScript, etc.)


    • Experience with an application with geolocation and/or logistics


    • Experience in team management (strong asset) and ability to supervise/guide a team


    • Comfort with Agile methodology, good ability to adapt and manage priorities


    • Strong communication skills, leadership, and team mobilization skills


    • BAC in computer science or equivalent


    • Bilingualism required (French and English)
