About the Associate Account Manager position in our Equipment Finance team:
As part of our Sales Development Program, you will gain the experience and skills require

d to play an important role in the Sales Department or elsewhere in the organization.

With a structured development plan based on your profile, it's up to you to prove yourself and achieve and surpass your professional goals


As part of the Equipment Financing team, you'll work with the account managers to support them in their sales objectives, while ensuring that we provide high-quality service to our various business partners.


Your main responsibilities will be

  • Collaborate with account managers to support them in achieving their new business growth and volume objectives.
  • Work on annual credit renewals for active clients
  • Develop and implement marketing and solicitation strategies to meet and exceed organizational objectives
  • Follow up on monthly audits with existing clients to ensure the security of our portfolio.
  • Support account managers throughout the sales cycle with both clients and vendors
  • Ensure impeccable aftersales service for our clients and partners
  • Structure transactions with the sales team and credit department
  • Create and analyze various reports as requested by the sales team
  • Conduct industry analysis to develop new business opportunities
  • Any other tasks that may fall within the scope of the position

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • You have relevant experience related to the position
  • You have financial and sales skills
  • You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written) to be able to serve clients in all provinces.
  • You are motivated at work and like to achieve objectives
  • You are comfortable using the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and you have experience with a CRM.
  • You enjoy teamwork
  • You want to work for a fastgrowing company with a clear vision and innovative solutions.
