Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

You're responsible to do many things, including:

3-year strategy (heavy focus on tech, in partnership with platform lead and product owner)
Create and maintain currency/upgrade plans
Maintain current support documentation
Incident resolution and problem followup
Manage technology risk, cybersecurity controls implementation
Respond to audit or internal requests
Plan and coordinate DR testing
Review implementations impacts (schedule, scope, infrastructure, etc)
Coordinate code scan runs and findings resolutions

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
