Primary Position Requirements
Your role is important to us and there are 5 key areas where you need to demonstrate your excellence.
You provide excellent experiences for patients through your top-tier
- Administrative Support.
- You are highly skilled in scheduling and managing the payments of our patients.
- You are deeply committed to providing Operational support to our well-established and passionate team of physiotherapists.
- You have a solid understanding of basic financials with respect to invoicing and receiving the payments.
- You are a genuine team player and work efficiently and accurately as part of an Administrative team.
Skills:1. You have an excellent customer service skills and are compassionate.
- You are comfortable with the multi line phone system and booking software.
- You are a passionate individual who cares about what you do.
Experience:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- A working knowledge of Clinicmaster would be an asset.
- You are a high school graduate with some working experience or obtains college degree.
