What you'll do:

Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services
Repair and replace faulty drop cables
Replace faulty Broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables
Perform audits as requested and report all discrepancies and security breaches
Provide positive customer experiences regarding equipment and services
Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures

What you'll bring to the team:

Minimum Grade 12 education
Electronics/electrical experience considered an asset
Strong analytical skills and technical abilities
Demonstrated ability to work with the public, in a customer focused environment
Effective communication skills are required
Must be a good team worker and have a strong work ethic
Must have a valid driver's license
Certificate of Emergency First Aid and CPR C
Must have no fear of heights and be able to carry 75 lbs
