Skills Required:


  • Excellent knowledge of windows 10 Operating System
  • Prior knowledge of VMware and Citrix
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good report creation skills
  • Good project tracking skills
  • Good multitasking skills

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the desktop and infrastructure stability using a combination of tools, including but not limited to, sys Track, Splunkm ExtraHop, SevOne, for alerts, and performance metrics for the environment
  • Respond to alerts, perform firstlevel triage, and escalate to resolvers as necessary
  • Identify environmental issues and participate in the problem management process
  • Perform software remediation for escalated devices postdeployments
  • Ensure PC environment is running optimally and remediate any health issues
  • Create and update reporting records for monitored items and newly discovered issues


  • Knowledge Mgmt Process

  • Review and validate technical solutions, also provide feedback to improve the knowledge repository
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommends solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
