We are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shoreside marine services.
About This Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of fish processors and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, including fish processing, packaging, freezing,and supply distribution. Key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the fishprocessingteam, managing fish processing, distributing supplies and maintaining inventory management for the dock, recording fish stats and ensuring proper documentation for guest catches, maintaining high standards of customer service and supervising and training up to 3 Fish Processors.
