We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at River Road Dental, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group.     Specifics about the role:

    • Job Type: Part Time
    • Schedule: Mondays and Saturdays with the potential for more days in the future (Saturdays are a must)

    What you'll do:

    • Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services—including scaling, root planning, polishing, and applying topical fluoride—with precision and care.
    • Assessing and case typing patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure appropriate and personalized care plans.
    • Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term preventative care strategies.
    • Building strong and trusting patient relationships through every interaction—your positive attitude and professionalism will shine.
    • Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals.

    What you'll bring to the role:

    • Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
    • Registered Dental Hygienist status in good standing in BC.
    • Local Anesthetic Certificate would be considered an asset.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, you're as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
    • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you're comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
    • Comfort with Open Dental and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus
