If you share our values and would like to work with a skilled professional team, Armour is presently seeking a
Building Operator to join the growing team at our downtown Halifax properties.

Providing mentoring, guidance and operational support to operations staff across the organization
Assist in the planning and execution of capital operations in the building
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislative requirements, policies and practices as may be in force from time to time
Participate in preparation of building condition reports
Plan preventative maintenance protocols and budgets
Liaise with tenants and contractors in a professional manner
