Hybrid in Toronto/GTA
Max rate
CAD$15/hr. to 18/hr. on Inc/Corp to Corp
You will be presented to the client on
INC basis.


INC or
Incorporated means you will have a company registered on your name in Canada and will work with us through your company. It is a process where you will be working on the Company to Company / Corporation to Corporation basis.


Excellent in English

Technical skills

  • Very good knowledge on
    VPN concepts and working experience in VPN troubleshooting
  • Working experience in I
    nternet troubleshooting and wireless routers
  • Knowledge on
    active directory, domain controllers and good exposure to
    active directory concepts
  • Working experience in
    password reset tools and self
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
    (example: Bomgar, LogMeIn, TeamViewer)
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience in handling Exchange (Outlook)/Lotus Notes environment
  • Good knowledge on
    VPN concepts and troubleshooting VPN connections
  • Knowledge on
    Virtual Machines / Citrix
  • Knowledge/exposure on ticketing tools like
    Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools like
    Bomgar
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including
    Windows and MacIntosh's operating systems

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:


  • IT SERVICE DESK/Desktop support: 7 years (preferred)
  • VPN concepts: 5 years (preferred)
  • VPN troubleshooting: 5 years (preferred)
  • Internet troubleshooting and wireless routers: 5 years (preferred)
Active Directory: 5 years (preferred)

  • ServiceNow: 6 years (preferred)
  • Bomgar: 6 years (preferred)
  • Windows and MacIntosh's operating systems: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
