- Minimum of five years of recruitment experience managing high-volume requisitions in financial institution strong experience recruiting IT roles using social media recruitment platforms softwares ATS database websites Boolean searches advanced sourcing techniques knowledge of Canadian applicable laws policies best practices related to talent acquisition bilingual with strong interpersonal communication skills in both official languages French English.
