Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and attention to details skills to join our team in our South Edmonton Head Office.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in handling EDMS batch queues.
- Provide backup for EDMS and Office Services team members.
- Provide administrative assistance as required to the Executive and Legal Team.
- Participate in all safety initiatives, as required, or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
The necessary experience, knowledge, skills and abilities required in the role:
- 2-3 years' experience working in administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
