Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling EDMS batch queues.
  • Provide backup for EDMS and Office Services team members.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required to the Executive and Legal Team.
  • Participate in all safety initiatives, as required, or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

The necessary experience, knowledge, skills and abilities required in the role:

  • 2-3 years' experience working in administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
