ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position will focus on the management of Data & Reporting, Process Design Improvements, and Program Development to enhance and expand the Specialty Drug Care Program.
_ This position is fully_ remote**.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Management of the Data & Reporting Team
- Oversee the daytoday assignment and operations of the Specialty Drug Care Program Development Analyst and Support Specialist
- Implement and evaluate new program initiatives that impact the Specialty Drug Care Program
- Support the design, creation, testing and implementation of internal and external reports, dashboards, and presentations to demonstrate the Specialty Drug Care Program expertise and statistics
- Provide input into gaps requiring development _i.e._ PowerBI and CRM
- Ensure all performance expectations are monitored and sustained by the Data & Reporting team
- Participate in program management meetings
- Support the Data & Reporting staff in meeting performance expectations and completes annual reviews
- Support a positive work environment working within a teambased structure.
- Support administrative processes including the monitoring of data integrity
- Process Design Improvements and Program Development
- Serve as the Specialty Drug Care Program's Subject Matter Expert within the BSRX Process Design Team
- Define, implement and improve processes to support expansion of the Specialty Drug Care Program mandate
- Create and manage ad hoc requests to the Specialty Drug Care Program CRM
- Represent the Specialty Drug Care Program in crossteam process improvement initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics
- 3+ years of experience with multitasking/project management skills
- Postsecondary education considered a strong asset
- Has worked directly with/for insurers, employers, pharmaceutical manufacturers or specialty pharmacies
- At least 5 years of Canadian public and private reimbursement navigation and advocacy experience, within a patient program environment, ideally with PA/SA drugs for chronic diseases
- Demonstrated ability to work with people across disciplines/departments
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products (minimum intermediate level Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
