About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive client success, and ensure seamless adoption of 's platform and services. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will act as a strategic partner—guiding clients through onboarding, optimizing their experience, and identifying opportunities for growth. What You'll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients' goals, challenges, and operational needs, offering proactive solutions.
- Roll up your sleeves to help clients navigate challenges, fostering deeper connections.
Onboarding & Adoption
- Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Educate clients on platform features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing training and support to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
- Partner with the sales team to manage renewals and contract extensions.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies tailored to client needs.
Feedback & Advocacy
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
- Advocate for client needs to influence product development and improvements.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor client engagement and account health metrics.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Prepare reports on account performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled business.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and strategic thinking.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
Please note: This role requires 3-5 days of travel per month across North America.
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 Base + Commission + Stock Options

The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic in the ocean will outweigh fish. In that same year, GHG emissions associated with plastic production, use and disposal, would account for 15% of allowed emissions as per the Paris Agreement. Recycling is the current solution to single-use plastic, however only 5% of plastic is recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments around the world are banning single-use plastics and leading businesses have made commitments to eliminate packaging waste across their product offerings by 2030. Experts have proven reusable packaging in a circular economy to be the most environmentally sustainable option. However, food businesses, our primary target market, are facing a major challenge in the adoption of reusables: the costs and complexity associated with offering reusable packaging on their own are untenable. For consumers, there currently is no mainstream option for reusable packaging.
