Kal Tire is hiring Temporary Front Counter Sales Representatives in our St. Paul, AB store, to assist customers with automotive inquiries, excel in sales, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. This temporary part-time or full-time role has the potential to lead to opportunities for growth into permanent positions.

Store Address: AVE St. Paul, AB   Store Hours of Operations: Mon-Fri: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm || Sat: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities 

• Assist customers with product and service needs, provide accurate quotes, handle pricing inquiries, and process sales while delivering a positive experience. 
• Develop strong knowledge of Kal Tire's products and services, convert leads into sales, and support meeting overall sales targets. 
• Manage calls, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For 

• Physical stamina and ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.   
• A valid driver's license may be required  
• A team-oriented mindset with mechanical skills and a positive attitude
