How you'll help build the future:


  • Campaign Development and Execution:Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to digital channels and partnerships to drive awareness and lead generation for Dibbly Create.

Content Strategy:Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content that supports demand generation efforts and aligns with overall marketing goals.

Partnership Cultivation:Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships that can amplify demand generation efforts. This includes co-marketing opportunities, affiliate programs, and other collaborative marketing initiatives.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:Develop strategies for lead capture and nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to conversion. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and to optimize the lead nurturing process.

Market Research and Insights:Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform demand generation strategies. Utilize insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation and to refine target audience segments.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:Regularly analyze campaign performance against key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and to optimize future campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement to the marketing manager and other stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with other marketing specialists, content creators, and the marketing manager to ensure demand generation strategies are integrated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
The Demand Generation Specialist should possess in-depth knowledge and operational expertise in the following tools to drive and analyze demand generation initiatives effectively:


  • Google Tag Manager: Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage marketing tags (snippets of code or tracking pixels) on the Dibbly Create website without having to modify the code.
