Description

We are currently seeking transactional lawyers for a pharmaceutical company. This position is remote, however you must be located in Ontario or Alberta, Canada.

Responsibilities:

Review marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
Negotiate, draft and review an extensive range of contracts for Canadian business, including marketing and medical materials.
Ability to thrive in a large, fastpaced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry or private practice supporting clients in the life science industry.
Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts and related documents.
Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion.
Active bar membership in Alberta or Ontario.
