Citadel Fence is a fast-moving and growing fence contractor focused on becoming the premier fence installation company in Atlantic Canada.

We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team based in Bedford NS who will be responsible for leading our commercial projects.

Who are You?

A driven, hard-working leader with several years experience managing construction projects, that is looking for a new opportunity and wants to help grow our business.

You must be a great communicator, quick learner, problem solver, be committed to working long-hours when needed and don't mind getting your hands dirty with your crew to do what needs to be done to get the job finished.

You do not need to have extensive fence installation experience, but you need to be knowledgeable about the fence installation trade.

What will you Own?

The project manager is a key position in the company and essential in training, mentoring, and leading crew members to successful and profitable projects.

They need to solve problems for both our customers and employees to grow our business and will be responsible for:

Ensuring projects are successful, internally profitable and meet all scheduled targets
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project
Managing project values and overall job budgets for labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors
Managing human resources of crews; including recruitment, hiring, training, policy and process enforcement, mentoring, discipline and termination
Scheduling, coordinating and managing jobs from contract award to completion of project
