We have a great opportunity for a Warranty Administrator / Internal Service Advisor to join our team at our newly renovated state of the art Crown Nissan dealership, located in the Waverley Auto Mall.

As a Warranty Administrator / Internal Service Advisor, you will be preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the dealer and reconcile them accordingly.

Qualifications:

13 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management expertise
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented, polite, courteous

What you'll do:

Manage all warranty receivables
Produce and receive purchase order, also opening and closing service work orders
Answer, screen, and forward calls and relay messages to proper individuals
Obtain and process information required to provide service in a timely manner
Assist with overseeing the Service department's operations and scheduling
Other duties as required
