Description

As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for customers.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and answering any questions customers may have.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized.


Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and seating them at their tables
Providing menus and taking orders from customers
Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
Serving food and beverages to customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Processing payments and making change
Setting up and cleaning tables
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and timely


Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and practices
