We are looking for an
Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, who will be a key member of the BrainFinance team and will play an essential role in its success.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute all activities and events for local and remote teams to promote a fun working environment.
- Participate in all the planned activities and events.
- Collaborate and assist the HR Manager with planning, developing, and implementing people and culture programs and processes.
- Manage event budget and expenses to ensure adherence to established policies.
- Initiate team building activities, with the intent to increase employee energy and satisfaction.
- Conduct feedback interviews and report feedback with recommendations to help improve company culture.
- Support the rollout of various HR programs and initiatives (i.e., orientation, culture, employee engagement survey, performance reviews, organizing activities, and more.)
- Provide frontline services to employees.
- Assist with processing of all onboarding and terminations.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
- Assist HR Manager with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports, and projects as required.
- Transmit communications to employees or documents upon request.
- Performs other related administrative duties as required by HR and Leadership Team

- Ability to open the office and flexibility to be last individual leaving after office events.
- Fluent in both French and English
