As an Organizational Change Management Coordinator, you are the change champion and be part of the Acturis Project team. You will support the people side of change, including change of business processes, systems and behaviors.

You are an experienced change leader You have experiences in preparing people for changes, including communication, learning support and coaching end users
You love communicating You have excellent written and verbal communication and can use virtual collaboration tools
Selfstarter and a keen collaborator
Experience with training development and delivery and knowledge about Acturis
3+ years of experience in the Insurance brokerage industry is preferred

Once here, you'll:

Support the development and delivery of change management activities, including assessments, stakeholder engagement and inventories, communications, learning delivery, and feedback gathering to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Acturis Change Management Team and leverage templates and tools
Create and deliver communication to managers, employees, and power users
Facilitate feedback by creating and managing surveys, polls and interview
