As we continue to grow, we have a need for the following position:


Position:
HR Business Support Partner


Locations:
London/Hybrid


Reporting to:
Regional Manager Human Resources


Start Date:

ASAP

In this role you will:


  • Provide advice, counsel and support to leaders to effectively coach and develop employees to maintain our highly engaged workforce
  • Encourage collaborative relationships between employees and supervisors through facilitating effective conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Support implementation of all people related programs, and processes through a Diversity Equity and Inclusion lens

Education and Skills Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources Management
  • 35 years HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Ability to use sound judgement while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing stressful work demands
  • Excellent employee relations skills developed through previous interactions with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southwestern Ontario region
  • Must have own reliable vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
