HR Business Support Partner
Locations:
London/Hybrid
Reporting to:
Regional Manager Human Resources
Start Date:
ASAP
In this role you will:
- Provide advice, counsel and support to leaders to effectively coach and develop employees to maintain our highly engaged workforce
- Encourage collaborative relationships between employees and supervisors through facilitating effective conflict resolution and problem solving
- Support implementation of all people related programs, and processes through a Diversity Equity and Inclusion lens
Education and Skills Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources Management
- 35 years HR Generalist experience preferred
- Ability to use sound judgement while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing stressful work demands
- Excellent employee relations skills developed through previous interactions with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel throughout the Southwestern Ontario region
- Must have own reliable vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
