    Analyst, People & Culture

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, People & Culture to join our Corporate People & Culture & Training department, on our Talent Learning and Development team.

    The People & Culture Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to gain insights into employee sentiment, engagement levels, and workforce trends across our global organization. This role will involve designing and implementing surveys, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

    This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Talent Management. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    People Analytics

  • Analyze employee survey results and qualitative feedback to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze HR data from multiple sources to generate insights into workforce demographics, trends, and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support requests from employees and leaders regarding people & culture reporting and employee survey profiles.
  • Manage ticketing systems and workflows to ensure timely resolution of HR issues and inquiries for people analytics topics.
  • Track and analyze support metrics to identify areas for process improvement and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and research projects to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics and employee experience.
  • Collaborate across Workday support team and P&C function to identify gaps in system requirements.
  • Assist with monthly dashboards and data analysis for Senior Leadership and regular operational reporting.
  • Become a proficient expert of our people analytics approach, systems, and technology.
  • Participate as a member of the People & Culture team in projects related to talent attraction, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.
  • Managing Relationships

  • Relationship-building is imperative within the Distribution, Revenue Management, Marketing, Residential, IT, and Finance teams
  • Gain trust and confidence among colleagues and internal stakeholders that deliverables will be provided with high quality and on time
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Post-secondary degree considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and ticketing/support management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with employee survey design and analysis techniques.
  • This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
