Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Events Team as a Field Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for attending small events to promote our products/services, engage with potential customers, and generate leads.

The typical coverage schedule would be Thursday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:


  • Represent our company at small events in different locations within Central Ontario.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with attendees and speak confidently about our products and services.
  • Generate leads by capturing contact information and qualifying prospects.
  • Salesoriented mindset with the ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Conduct on site sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event ideas.
  • Provide postevent report and analysis to evaluate event success and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales or customerfacing roles.
  • Self Motivated and target driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for events
  • Adaptability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Proficiency in using technology, such as tablets or mobile devices to manage leads and sales
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Note:
This is a contract position with a duration of 3 months with the potential to continue. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on performance and sales outcomes.

Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
$17.00 per hour
