Accountabilities:


  • Collect data from internal system regularly and receive inquiries from internal clients.
  • Follow GPS Financial Contribution Methodologies, related process and procedure to check the quality of saving data, calculations and artifacts
  • Collect project information and categorize quality issues based the root cause of the errors.
  • Support communications, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with Finance to review baseline and saving calculations.
  • Lead reporting on financial contribution, performance and quality assurance result
  • Support audit finding closure related to saving and financial contribution calculations.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing activities around saving methodologies, process and procedure regarding proper data entries in systems, proper calculations as well as providing required artifacts.
  • Maintain the integration of all the systems for supplier and contract information; individual will follow quality control frame and procedures accurately, escalate to supervisor for ambiguity and implement data related activities to maintain the integrity of system integration.
  • Updates work instructions documents and other templates and forms.
  • Participates in special projects, as required.
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions. Support development and implementation of relevant policies, standard, frameworks and requirements relating to third party risk management.
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Champions a highperformance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates team members by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

Education and Experience:


  • 1+ years of data processing and business administration experience
  • Knowledge about Strategic Sourcing is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, or related field required.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
  • Excellent office software skills (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word PowerBI, etc.)
  • Passionate about operational activities and embracing the service level the team strive to meet.
  • Customer service oriented with exceptional communication skills (written & oral)
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills to come up with a reasoned, defensible responses.
  • Able to work with a large volume of enquiries and prioritize accordingly.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work with moderate direction.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player when required.
