Description

• Conduct regular inspections of pool systems to identify potential issues or areas requiring maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment problems, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on pool equipment, including replacements of parts as necessary.
• Test and adjust chemical levels in pools to ensure proper water balance and sanitation.
• Provide recommendations to customers on equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, discuss solutions, and provide guidance on pool maintenance and care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with pool equipment and chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and water treatment methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
