Jim Moletto- HM- Team is implementing new knowledge processes and responsible for re-writing articles utilized by Ops team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, meeting with SME s and need to be comfortable speaking with and gaining approvals from stakeholders.
• Not looking for individuals that have worked with large manufacturing facilities that are 20-30 pages long. Looking for technical writers that can provide quick, concise instructions that are easily digested.
• Need to be very professional and well spoken, great writing skills.
• Need to be able to take take 1-2 pages of information in paragraph form and format in a way that would be easily consumed and shared by customer service while on the phone with customers.

Working on Knowledge based products, Egain among other. Looking for someone that has written content for operations, service, sales departments.
45-min interview- 30 mins casually speaking about candidates experience & 15-mins with another peer to get an understanding of their background. Will review the top 5 candidates after those interviews and send the writing assignment. Offers will go out to the top 2 candidates with the best writing samples.
