- Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities across social media.
- Participate in campus recruitment and contribute to innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee new hire onboarding: coordinate start dates, uniform orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless integration experience.
- Provide an exceptional employee experience by building trusting relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.
- Contribute to performance management initiatives.
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.
- Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.
- Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.
