- Minimum of two years of coaching experience, preferably at U9-U18 ages.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and committed to fair play.
- Must be of good character and demonstrate leadership.

Ottawa Gloucester Hornets Soccer
The Ottawa Gloucester Hornets (OGH) is a non-profit community-based organization in Ottawa, offering soccer programs since 1972.
OGH is committed to developing, teaching, and promoting soccer to all ages, at all levels of play, in a safe and healthy environment.
We are currently seeking dynamic part-time coaches that will guide OGH players to achieve their goals and support them in their development.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to coach within a curriculum and understand Long-Term Player Development (LTPD).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Coach is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the technical, tactical and physical curriculum that prepare players for successful development within the Eastern Ontario District Association under LTPD guidelines.
This is a temporary position that requires evening hours, as well as weekends. Salary range will be $20.00- $25.00/hour.QUALIFICATIONS:
