Join our team We are currently recruiting for an
Overnight Lead Operator for a permanent role.
If you are selected you must be eligible to obtain a controlled goods clearance.

Pay starts at $18.9
After your 3month probationary period, you become eligible for an increase which puts the new rate at $19.7 4% vacation pay
11:30PM 8:00AM Monday to Friday

The Overnight Production Lead will have the following responsibilities:

Assign tasks/machines to cell Operators, reporting staff shortages or excesses to Supervisor
Communicate production status during Shift Handovers to ensure continuity and stable quality outputs across shifts
Train, coach, support, and monitor performance of team members, and provide balanced status updates to Supervisors
Verify and clear (stamp) lots/boxes in the process while ensuring compliance with the relevant quality standards and specifications
Identify and verify upcoming work orders with the schedule in IQMS, i.e. Work Instructions, setup sheets, labels, material preparation
Manage firstoff process within the cell, verifying all documentation, materials, and equipment are present at machine and setup prior to production start
Report any missing items/elements to Supervisor
Perform timely and accurate updates of information in IQMS as needed
Other related duties

Overnight Production Lead requirements:

Hold at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED
12 years of experience
Availability to work from 11:45 PM 8:00 AM Monday to Friday
Written, Oral, and Spoken communication skills in English

$18.98-$19.76 per hour
