They will also be responsible for communication directly with suppliers, distributors and customers on product support, discovery, and evaluation as required.

Location:

Responsibilities:

Communicating and coordinating with supply and distribution partners
Batteries focus on battery management system (BMS) over cells
Ancillary Components fuses, fuse holders, etc.
Creation and maintenance of product support documentation
Technical customer troubleshooting (system and battery level)
New product technical evaluations
Keeping up with market trends, product launches, competitors, and opportunities
Managing software, compatibility, and communication of BMS systems

Additional Responsibilities:

Assisting with product webinars/trainings for distributors and customers
Assisting with production of product videos
Manipulating and designing CAD files for manufacturing and marketing purposes

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:

Engineering degree (electrical or related) preferred, ability to register as EIT
12 Years (or Coop semesters) of relevant productfocussed experience preferred
Good communication skills
Good problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Some amount of selfstarting
Understanding of programming concepts, experience with Dart/Android/iOS an asset
