Job Description_

The Site Supervisor is responsible to ensure on time, accurately built (according to purchasing documents, selection documents and change orders.

During construction the Site Supervisor will serve as a site liaison with clients (through the Client Concierge) and must demonstrate high standards of client experience and communication.

It is expected that Site Supervisor will establish great relationships with trades and suppliers to facilitate strong support and quality workmanship in the construction of Kimberley's homes.

Further to building excellent relationships, the Site Supervisor must successfully coordinate and manage trades and suppliers through the entire construction process.

This includes coordinating timing, schedules, safety, materials, quality inspections.

Duties_
- site supervision of various homes as instructed by the COO
- inspect and oversee construction of homes to ensure procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications
- schedule trades and inspections from start up to possession of home
- maintain records of construction and inspection activities
- use Buildertrend technology daily to schedule, log productivity and share home progress with Clients
- ensure quality control of homes
- maintain clean and safe job sites
- complete client walk through and turn over procedures
- conduct client-centric site meetings
- perform labour as required

Compensation_


Salary:
$21.09-$42.36 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- residential experience in a site supervisory: 10 years (preferred)
