In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, our General Labour people work as a team to process our Steel Sheets, in various departments.

These departments include, Shearing, Welding, Plasma, Laser, Shipping and Receiving and much more.

The General Labour people will also assist with area housekeeping, maintenance work, material staging and finished part unloading and sorting.

This is an Assistant / Trainee role. There is No Experience Necessary.

Ability to operate hand tools, simple math, and use of measuring tools is part of the training which will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications:

As an entry level position you need to be in good physical shape and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, willing to wear PPE (Hearing Protection, Gloves), have Steel Toe Work Boots.

Excellent attendance record and punctuality. Willing to take direction and work as a team.

Handling and Physical Requirements:

Frequent movement including:

bending, twisting, reaching over machine beds, lifting 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, carrying and pulling of raw materials and finished parts, etc.

Standing for up to 8 hours per day.

This position must be committed to work on their designated, NON ROTATING Shift - ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT. We are on a bus route for those who do not drive.

Monday to Friday
